Science enters into my educational and/or career goals through academics as well as in real life. A real life example can be the essentials I use at home daily such as toothpaste or body wash, or food in general. Certain essentials with the power of science is what helps people in general to move as their day goes on. The reason for this is due to the use of different chemicals mixing between each other in these products which enable mostly efficient results. If it wasn’t for science, most everyday products used for outing and indoors wouldn’t be of good use, neither would it be sufficient or flexible for everyday use. It would arguably be more difficult to use household items if it wasn’t for science. Science overall has been able to make things in life easier for people in general for better convenience. For my academic/professional plans, I don’t quite have an example as I couldn’t think of one but science has proven to be quite helpfulin history, for example the Age of Enlightenment. Many scholars and scientists started to view the world in a scientific way and with that came many new views of life that weren’t going to be known without science. That leads to today’s world where there are things that wouldn’t have existed if it wasn’t for science and I probably wouldn’t have been able to learn certain things within academics without science. Along with certain everyday essentials and certain academic skills or knowledge that I might have been taught due to science, plus might not have know if it wasn’t for it, science has been beneficial in general throughout my education and in real life as well. I plan on studying different cultures around the world and to just travel to be a tourist. With this, I can have a better understanding of the world than just one place that I’ve lived at the whole time and it’ll be a fun experience to feel like they’re different worlds when it’s the same world. I believe that science has been able to make that process easier to do and it is a benefit all around.
